1. No Refund, No Exchange
All sales are final.
No refunds, no returns, and no exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
Please check the product details, size, and description carefully before placing your order.
2. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment options at checkout.
3. Order Verification
Customers are advised to verify their order details, including size, color, and quantity, before making the payment.
Once the order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product (Exceptional Cases)
In rare cases where you receive a damaged product or wrong item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
After verification, we may provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued even in this case.
