2. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.

• All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment options at checkout.

3. Order Verification

• Customers are advised to verify their order details, including size, color, and quantity, before making the payment.

• Once the order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product (Exceptional Cases)

• In rare cases where you receive a damaged product or wrong item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

• After verification, we may provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

• No refunds will be issued even in this case.
